Step into Your New Role

Kleinfelder’s GTS Area is looking to add a Contract Coordinator to the team!  This immediate opening has flexibility to be located within any of these offices:  Denver CO, Concord CA, Chico CA, Atlanta GA, San Diego CA, Los Angeles CA, or Phoenix AZ. 

Job Duties and Functions include the following::

  • Work directly with Project Managers to support the execution of formal project contract document control processes.
  • Communicate effectively with the project management teams on deadlines and monitor approval process for all executed contract documents
  • Prepare and transmit time sensitive document sets at the direction of the Project/Area Manager.
  • Review and input task orders, change orders, or all supporting contract files for inclusion of specific documents or clauses as defined in procedures, and monitor approval turnaround timeline.
  • Manage subcontractors Master Service agreements and Work orders
  • Assemble contract file information and maintain contract records in a data management system.
  • Facilitate the workflow of contracts across multiple organizational interfaces, including contracts database and legal department.
  • Monitor the review status of documents to ensure reviews and approvals occur within project timelines.
  • Monitor compliance of subcontract contract and insurance requirements in compliance tracking software
  • Provide guidance and interpretation of insurance coverage pertaining to organization’s service contract requirements.

 Required Experience: 

  • Self-motivated, detail oriented professional with 3 to 5 years of related experience.
  • Well-developed presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). 
  • Deltek Vision experience
  • Construction/Engineering industry experience minimum on 1 year
  • Contract Administration experience minimum 3 years.
  • Familiarity with insurance compliance and subcontract administration
  • Avetta experience-desirable

Benefits: Kleinfelder offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid holidays. The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado and California Pay Transparency Law(s).  Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Hourly range: $20.07 - $35.11.
