Kleinfelder has an exciting opportunity for a Survey Crew Manager! As a Survey Crew Manager at Kleinfelder you would have the opportunity to be part of one the largest and fastest growing land development firms in the country. You will have a chance to work with a team of survey professionals with over 75 years experience. Our survey department works together as team to ensure everyone is prepared for every project. This gives you the opportunity to not only succeed but to excel at your job giving you the opportunity grow and move up in Kleinfelder. We work on a variety of projects from boundary to topography, construction stakeout, rail stakeout, building columns and road mapping, there is nothing we don't do. This is an exciting opportunity to see different parts of Virginia and different parts of the country. We travel quite a bit so if you are feeling adventures Kleinfelder will be perfect for you. Our projects vary in location, one week you may be in the back country of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the next it could be the Capital Washington D.C. or the City of Richmond. Kleinfelder provides the opportunity for your continued education allowing you to work and learn more in your specific field.
Responsibilities
Requirements
Leadership, communication, problem-solving, organization, safety and math abilities are all qualities of a good crew leader.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and transportation related surveying is preferred.
