Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Water Design Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction of water infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects related to water infrastructure, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Collaborate closely with project engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on construction sites.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain project quality and integrity.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project schedules.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction and implement effective solutions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to travel 60 to 80% of the time to project sites and client locations as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

B.S. degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field. Experience: 6 – 7 years of related experience

- Proven experience as a Construction or Project Manager, preferably in water infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
