Kleinfelder's Corporate Real Estate Team provides services associated with new offices, office expansions, office renovations, and relocations. CRE's services include real estate leasing and negotiations, space and furniture planning, design, construction, information technologies integration, and coordinating with external vendors.

 

Kleinfelder has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Real Estate Coordinator.   

We are hiring a Corporate Real Estate Coordinator to oversee projects from conception to completion. The Corporate Real Estate Coordinator will work directly with local Kleinfelder management (the client), real estate service providers, legal, IT personnel, furniture vendor, landlords, architects, and construction professionals, to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

 

Job requires travel (sometime on short notice). Excellent time management skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment is required. The job includes both hands-on and administrative duties.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the client to ensure a clear understanding of the requirement
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to develop and provide detailed reports
  • Work with Kleinfelder's national real estate broker on market requirements, market tours, RFPs, and some deal negotiations
  • Participate in tours of prospective new offices / relocations
  • Work with architects and contractors to ensure the project is completed on time, on budget, and meets all Kleinfelder’s standard specifications
  • Participate in calls with various groups throughout the real estate process
  • Interact with operations on property maintenance issues

Requirements:

  • BS in real estate, finance or business administration
  • +/-7 years related experience, preferably at a national real estate brokerage
  • Must have the ability to interact at various levels (Senior Management to service vendors) with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Travel – 50 to 60%
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems
