The Senior AEC Recruiter will help guide hiring managers and candidates through the selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting while maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required. This position will partner with Senior Leadership to develop and execute staffing strategies, enhance the company's visibility/reputation in key recruiting channels and help to establish Kleinfelder as the employer of choice in our markets.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of professional staffing and recruiting experience in a consulting firm as a corporate recruiter or related required. Minimum of 4-5 years of full lifecycle recruiting required.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in the engineering, science, architectural, construction management or related industries required
  • Familiarity with HR labor laws and recruiting for candidates requiring VISA assistance
  • Thorough understanding of advertising, networking, social media, and recruiting industry trends
  • Experience with use of a web-based applicant tracking system, including proven ability to train end users.  iCIMS experience preferred
  • Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required
  • Demonstrated ability to present new recruiting concepts to hiring managers, get buy-in to continually improve recruiting processes and outcomes
  • Experience recruiting for a broad range of technical and professional exempt and non-exempt positions in a national, multi-location environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, be flexible and adaptable
  • Must demonstrate strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
  • Must demonstrate poise and maturity to articulate business goals, vision, culture and environment
  • Must demonstrate exceptional customer focus, interpersonal, coaching and teamwork skills
  • Advanced knowledge with MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

 

Education:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience

Benefits:Kleinfelder offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid holidays. The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.  Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary range: $86,694-$144,685.
