Position Requirements:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution or acceptable equivalent.
- 8+ years of related experience, with 4+ years of project management in the Energy market preferred.
- Professional Engineering license or ability to obtain within 6 months preferred.

Effectively manages all phases of assigned project delivery including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing. Demonstrates skill in: development of scope of work, project budgets, work breakdown structures, and schedules; quality management plans; developing project staffing plans that includes the right resources including quality assurance and peer review team members; effective communication with team members, client and stakeholders; risk analysis and mitigation; and procurement of sub consultants, subcontractors, and other direct project costs. Manages medium project portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Follows Kleinfelder policies and procedures for project proposing and delivery.
- Effectively uses Kleinfelder workflows and processes to secure project resources, complete proposals, develop contracts, maintain project records, monitor project, bill clients, collect receivables, and close out.
- Works effectively with project support staff to monitor and control project to achieve financial
- target metrics for all projects.
- Mentors and coaches project team members and provides constructive feedback on team member
- performance.
- Executes project to meet or exceed client expectations while meeting industry standard of care.
- Works with client organization staff and CAM to identify, develop, and propose on future work assignments.
- Manage project assigned direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:
- 15 years of experience in Project or Construction Management on the Power Sector related projects.
- Management and supervisory experience.
- Possess technical experience and skills related to managing projects.
- Ability to obtain additional certifications related to the work performed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Engineering, or other related field
- CCM Certification, PMP, PE or AIA registration
- Experience of direct management of project delivery, project controls and reporting.
- Possess highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter.
- Ability to travel 25-50% of time to support client job site(s).
